Semantic cyber-atack on intelligence infrastructure bottleneck part 2

Another kind semantic DDOS atack can be successfull using special purpose routers/special purpose routers software on FOS routers or computer software.
Router purposes is to spam outgoing traffic with keywords in different protocols : FB, email, skype ...
Those routers must be attached to pre-existed free wifi networks everywhere. So installed locally or on car such a router scan and authorise to nearest free wifi network and do a semantic spam atack. After the NSA filter will turn off those wifi subnetworks from the "action list" you can use it freely =).

This kind of attack (or better call it DEFENCE ?) can have distributed coordination and make a DB of semantically spammed wifi networks. When 1 subnetwork router only get unfiltered channel for its MAC|IP, 2 subnetworks router can be used to rerout any number of connected computers to it via free wifi networks without NSA reaction.
